Hahn Minh Nguyen, a 63-year-old Vietnamese man, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2022, in Houston, Texas. He was shot to death inside the Tai Loi Restaurant on Bellaire Boulevard along with another man, Long Nguyen, aged 51. The incident occurred around 11 p.m., when two suspects, Bich Xuan Dang and Hieu Trong Nguyen, both aged 49, entered the restaurant armed with handguns and opened fire on the victims who were seated in a booth.
