Hahn Minh Nguyen, a 63-year-old Vietnamese man, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2022, in Houston, Texas. He was shot to death inside the Tai Loi Restaurant on Bellaire Boulevard along with another man, Long Nguyen, aged 51.
