Cornelius Tims, a 43-year-old man from Tyler, Texas, tragically lost his life on October 22, 2022. He was fatally shot in the 2400 block of North Broadway Avenue in Tyler. Tims was found on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds and later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. The incident occurred in the afternoon, and witnesses reported seeing two suspects fleeing the scene.
