Steven Ross Pinkelton

In the summer of 1978, the city of Nashville lost a dedicated public servant in a sudden and violent act. Steven Ross Pinkelton, a 30-year-old Male officer with the Metro Nashville Police Department, was fatally shot on July 26th. He had served on the force for six years and was also a United States Army veteran.
