On October 10, 2016, Nathan Daniel Dieckmann, age 32, was found dead from gunshot wounds in his South St. Louis home. The shooting was part of a double homicide; Nathan's girlfriend, Taylor Lane, aged 21, was also killed. The incident occurred in the evening, and police responded to a 911 call reporting gunfire.
