Jerry Jason "Jay" Barrett, a 35-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on February 17, 2008, in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was found shot in the floor of his residence at 3821 Wayne Drive. The Knoxville Police Department responded to the scene and launched an investigation into his death.
