Michael Velazquez, age 48, gender male, Hispanic/Latino, was found shot to death on the morning of July 6, 2025, at an apartment complex on Howard Baker Jr. Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee. Officers with the Knoxville Police Department arrived around 7:15 a.m. and discovered that Michael Velazquez, age 48, gender male, had suffered at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
