On the night of October 27, 2016, a violent incident occurred in the Penrose neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, resulting in the deaths of two men. At approximately 11:00 p.m., officers from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call regarding a shooting in the 4800 block of Margaretta Avenue.
