Jason Eubanks, a 36-year-old male, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2014, in Knoxville, Tennessee. The incident occurred during a struggle over a gun inside a car that had crashed on Grimes Avenue. Eubanks was shot by Antoine Ward, a 40-year-old man from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Ward claimed that he acted in self-defense during the altercation.
