On April 28, 2020, 60-year-old Randolph Ingram was tragically killed in Knoxville, Tennessee. Ingram was found lying in the street in the 2800 block of East 5th Avenue around 12:30 a.m. He was pronounced dead from gunshot wounds at the scene. A second victim, 38-year-old Ashley Marie Hurt, was found inside a nearby residence and also pronounced dead from gunshot wounds.
