In the quiet town of Huntingdon, Tennessee, the life of 26-year-old Houston Dewayne Brown was abruptly cut short on the evening of February 3, 2014. Brown was found deceased in a vehicle at the intersection of West Main Street and Hillcourt Circle, the victim of a fatal shooting.
