On June 15, 2023, in Huntingdon, Tennessee, 43-year-old David Randall Wooley was fatally shot following an altercation at a residence in the 1200 block of Westport Road. The incident involved a confrontation between Wooley and 73-year-old Charles Johnson, which escalated, resulting in Johnson allegedly shooting Wooley.
