In the early morning hours of November 15, 2016, a fatal encounter unfolded at a Phillips 66 convenience store in south Kansas City. Antonio Williams Jr., a 22-year-old man, was shot and killed during an altercation at the gas station located at Bannister Road and Drury Avenue. Another individual was also seriously wounded in the incident.
