Brandon Lee Hayes, a 22-year-old male from Decatur, Tennessee, tragically passed away on March 9, 2014, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. He was found shot at the home of his uncle, Marvin Derick Hayes, in Niota, Tennessee. The incident led to a thorough investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation .
