Jack Davis Jr., a 76-year-old man from Goodlettsville, TN, was tragically killed during a home invasion on March 29, 2014. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. at Davis' residence on Springfield Highway near Williamson Rd. According to police reports, two masked gunmen entered Davis' home and demanded money. When shots were fired, Davis was fatally struck, while his friend, 64-year-old John Webb, was also shot and later hospitalized at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
