Billy Buel "Bill" Moss, a 76-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, died on July 14, 2014, in Cleveland, Tennessee. He was a well-respected city judge who had served Cleveland for 38 years. His death was determined to be from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Moss's body was found in a downtown Cleveland parking lot near his truck.
