In St. Louis, Missouri, on December 9, 2016, the life of 30-year-old Martez Rodreco Ceaser was cut short in a violent encounter. Ceaser was behind the wheel of a vehicle when he was involved in a car crash. The events surrounding the collision escalated tragically, and Ceaser was shot.
