Reginald Dewayne Davis, a 26-year-old African American male from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on June 14, 2015. The incident occurred outside an apartment complex on Tillman Street, where Davis had gone to confront Adarius Clay over a debt. The confrontation escalated, and Clay retrieved a shotgun from his apartment. He then shot Davis in the chest, and when Davis attempted to flee, Clay shot him again. Davis succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
