Quincy Jett, a 35-year-old man from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically shot to death on July 4, 2015. Jett was sitting in his vehicle in the Forrest Pine Apartments when he was shot 13 times. The incident occurred in the 1500 block of Stribling Road in East Memphis.
