Reginald Williams, a 24-year-old male from Memphis, TN, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2016. The circumstances surrounding his death were the result of a drive-by shooting incident. Williams was in a white sedan with his two sons when a black sedan pulled up alongside them at a traffic light on Winchester Road and Goodlett Road.
