On January 12, 2016, Osbaldo Luna, a 43-year-old man from McMinnville, Tennessee, was found dead outside his Beersheba Highway residence with an apparent gunshot wound. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation , along with the McMinnville Police Department and Warren County Sheriff's Department, launched an investigation into Luna's death.
