Dennis Carter, a 65-year-old man from Grundy County, was shot and killed on the night of June 1, 2019, outside the building that houses the Rebel motorcycle group in Warren County, Tennessee. The Warren County Sheriff's Office reported that Dennis Carter was a member of the motorcycle group.
