Barbara Shelton Waites, a 31-year-old woman from Greeneville, Tennessee, tragically lost her life on July 6, 2016. She was found dead after a shooting incident at 2948 Asheville Highway in Greeneville. The Greene County Sheriff’s Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation were called to the scene, where they discovered Barbara with a gunshot wound. An autopsy was scheduled to be completed at the William L. Jenkins Forensic Center in Johnson City.
