Adam Kenneth Levi, a 39-year-old white male, was fatally shot in his home in Ooltewah, Tennessee, on December 29, 2016. Born on October 20, 1977, in Chattanooga, Adam graduated from Ooltewah High School in 1996 and later received an associate's degree from Chattanooga State.
