John Dee Hayes Jr., a 24-year-old man from Ooltewah, TN, tragically died on June 25, 2019, from injuries sustained in a shooting incident. The incident occurred early on the morning of June 23, 2019, at a home on Heatherloch Lane. Hayes was found in a back bedroom with blood-soaked towels on his head. His mother reported that Tyler Reid, Hayes' cousin, had shot him and claimed that Hayes had a demon in him.
