Joshua Pugh, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 30, 2016, in the Highland Heights neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee. Pugh, affectionately known as "Juicy" by his family and friends, was walking his dog when the incident occurred. His body was discovered by a friend in the area of Powell Avenue and Holmes Street.
