In the early morning hours of March 23, 2017, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Memphis, Tennessee. Michael Roby, a 21-year-old Black male from Brooksville, Mississippi, was in the parking lot of The Reserve at Mt. Moriah apartments located in the 5800 block of Benadine Place. An argument had reportedly taken place prior to the fatal encounter that unfolded around 3:10 a.m.
