Charles Graves, a 51-year-old male from Martin, Tennessee, tragically died on April 18, 2017. He was found unresponsive at his home on Lester Lane by a home health worker and was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound. The Martin Police Department launched an investigation into his death, which led to the arrest of Khalil Taylor, a 26-year-old resident of Martin.
