In the spring of 2017, a burst of violence on a Nashville street cut short the life of 19-year-old Joseph De'Angelo Hull. On the evening of April 29, Hull was reportedly sitting on a sidewalk on 16th Avenue North, just outside his girlfriend's car, when a single gunshot suddenly rang out.
