Shahid Solomon Zamar, a 40-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2017, in Memphis, TN. Zamar was working as a clerk at the Marathon gas station located at 8 South Parkway East when he was fatally shot during a robbery. The incident occurred early in the morning, and Zamar was found on the floor of the store's office, having succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
