Michael Heatherly, a 43-year-old man from Bristol, Tennessee, was fatally shot on September 1, 2017, while walking to his car in the parking lot of a local Walmart. Heatherly, who was working as a vendor for Anderson Merchandisers at the time, was tragically killed in broad daylight. His ex-wife, Ashley Strouth, and her current husband, Michael Strouth, were both arrested and charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy in connection with his death.
