On April 6, 2023, at approximately 11:45 p.m., 33-year-old Edwin Arevalo was fatally shot following a minor traffic collision in Houston, Texas. Arevalo was driving a Toyota Yaris northbound near the 13000 block of Hiram Clarke Road when he collided with a white Lexus sedan. The driver of the Lexus exited his vehicle, approached Arevalo, and fired multiple shots into the Toyota, resulting in Arevalo's death. The suspect then fled the scene in the Lexus.
