Troy Tuman Whitmore, a 19-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2017, in Milan, Tennessee. Whitmore was one of two victims fatally shot outside the Meadows of Milan apartment complex. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m., when Whitmore and 20-year-old Deairrious Young were found lying on the ground by responding officers.
