Donquarious Diamonte Barber, an 18-year-old male from Nashville, Tennessee, tragically died on October 7, 2017. The cause of death was determined to be an accidental shooting. Barber was in an upstairs bedroom at Parkway Terrace on North 7th Street when the incident occurred. According to witness accounts and police investigation, Barber was eating cereal when a gun in his pocket fell to the floor and discharged, shooting him in the chest. He was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
