In the early morning hours of a summer day in St. Louis, Missouri, tragedy befell 35-year-old Lamar Wise. On June 17, 2017, he was fatally shot in what police have described as a domestic disturbance. The incident unfolded around 3:08 a.m. in the 5500 block of Etzel Avenue, where officers responded to a call for a shooting.
