In the early hours of a Monday morning in January 2018, the life of 16-year-old Jose Gutierrez was tragically cut short in Antioch, Tennessee. A student at Glencliff High School, the young man was with a group of acquaintances, including 16-year-old Jazmine Wheeler, driving around in the pre-dawn darkness.
