On January 27, 2018, the city of Memphis, Tennessee, was shaken by the tragic loss of 19-year-old African American male, DeShannon Smith. Known affectionately as "TataBagg" or "TataBugg" by those close to him, DeShannon was a young man full of life, whose presence brought joy to his family and friends.
