In the late afternoon of Memorial Day, May 28, 2018, the quiet of a Murfreesboro, Tennessee neighborhood was shattered by a tragedy that claimed the lives of three family members. Cassidy Ganey, a 25-year-old woman, was found deceased in her home on Rivercrest Drive in the Walter Hill community. Alongside her were the bodies of her father, Kenny Adair, 55, and her stepmother, Shelly Lorenz-Adair, 48. All three had been fatally shot.
