Frazier Bernard Lumpkins, a 66-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, was tragically shot and killed on July 15, 2018. His body was discovered in an alley near the 1700 block of 23rd Avenue North, where he had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots around 8:00 p.m., and a passerby found Lumpkins unresponsive about 30 minutes later.
