In a quiet Nashville, Tennessee neighborhood, the life of a 97-year-old Caucasian woman, Rachel Andrews, came to a tragic and unexpected end on November 21, 2018. What appeared to be a peaceful existence for the matriarch of a close-knit family was shattered by an act of violence that also claimed the lives of her two daughters. The incident, which unfolded within the confines of a West Nashville condominium, was determined by authorities to be a double murder-suicide.
