Kenneth Woods-Bey, a 26-year-old from Maryland Heights, Missouri, was fatally shot on July 23, 2017, while traveling as a passenger in a car on Interstate 70 in St. Louis. The shooting took place in the early morning around 4 a.m. when another vehicle pulled alongside the car Woods-Bey was in and opened fire. He was critically wounded and later succumbed to his injuries.
