In the early morning hours of a Sunday in St. Louis, Missouri, 26-year-old Kenneth Woods-Bey was a passenger in a car, traveling with three other people. The group was on Interstate 70 when another vehicle suddenly pulled up alongside them. Without warning, shots were fired from the other car into the one carrying Woods-Bey and his companions.
