James Dale Kelly, a 19-year-old male from Buena Vista, Tennessee, tragically died on March 29, 2019, from an apparent gunshot wound at a residence on Buena Vista Road. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Carroll County Sheriff's Department conducted a joint investigation into his death. Surveillance footage of a silver car was recovered, and the public was asked to help identify the vehicle and its owner.
