On August 20, 2017, Keith Cole, a 44-year-old man, was shot and killed in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred while Cole was walking near the intersection of Longview and Blue Ridge. Reports indicate that an unknown suspect approached Cole from behind and opened fire. He was later transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The Kansas City Police Department has not identified a suspect, and Cole's case remains unsolved.
