In the early evening of January 15, 2020, the life of 36-year-old William Anton Phillips, a male from Gallatin, Tennessee, was tragically cut short by a burst of gunfire. The incident unfolded around 5:30 p.m. on Harris Lane, near Nashville Pike, where Phillips and another individual, David Lewis Hudson, were situated on a front porch.
