In January of 2020, a young woman's life was tragically cut short in Knoxville, Tennessee, after a whirlwind romance took a fatal turn. Kelsey Jane Polk, a 25-year-old female, was found deceased in a West Knox County residence on Missoula Way on Sunday, January 26, 2020. An autopsy later confirmed that she had been shot.

Authorities swiftly identified a suspect, Robert Earl England, a 33-year-old man from Harrogate with whom Polk had recently moved to Knoxville. England, who was also know ...
