La'Dale Davis, a 21-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically found dead on February 24, 2016, at the Garden Valley housing complex. He was discovered around 3 a.m. in a hallway staircase of one of the buildings off Kinsman Road. Police pronounced him dead at the scene, and it was determined that he had died from a gunshot wound.
