In the spring of 2020, the life of 15-year-old Tyerell Dyshaun Jones was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire on a street in Memphis, Tennessee. A freshman at Melrose High School, Tyerell was known for his love of sports, particularly football and track. The young male was traveling in a car with three other teenagers on the night of May 6, 2020, when the unthinkable occurred. As they drove, another vehicle began to follow them closely, its headlights glaring.
