On a tragic Friday evening in Hermitage, Tennessee, 42-year-old Beverly McPherson’s life was cut short in a violent encounter with her estranged husband. The incident unfolded at her mother's home on Bonnaspring Drive, where McPherson was fatally shot.

The investigation revealed that Antwaund Cartwright, 39, arrived at the residence and engaged in an argument with McPherson. Following the dispute, Cartwright went outside and returned with a shotgun. He then shot McPherson in the living ...
