Michael Beatty, a 42-year-old man from Knoxville, Tennessee, was found dead on August 11, 2020, from apparent gunshot wounds. The Knox County Sheriff's Office launched a homicide investigation following the discovery of his body in the 400 block of Dry Gap Pike.
