William Scott, a 38-year-old man from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically shot and killed on September 18, 2020, at a construction site in Cordova, TN. The incident occurred around 9:00 a.m. at the 1600 block of Appling Road, where Scott was working as a supervisor.
