Billy Ray Jones, a 63-year-old male from Crossville, TN, was tragically shot and killed on September 27, 2020, at his residence on Christian Road. The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call around 6:22 PM that evening and discovered Jones deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. The investigation quickly identified Thomas Mack Arnold Sr., a 38-year-old male, as the primary suspect.
